    We provide fuel on actuals, if you run out of fuel. We also provide assistance in case of wrong fueling.

    We will change the vehicle tyre with a spare tyre or we will get the tyre repaired, in case you have a flat tyre.

    Roadside assistance as the name suggested is a service provided by us that will assist you in situations where you need help in case of a vehicle breakdown.Be it a flat tyre, dead battery, no fuel or a minor mechanical or electrical fault, anything can happen to your vehicle or otherwise upset your journey. That’s when Roadside Assistance can come to your rescue in such situations.This service offers you many benefits such as getting your vehicle fixed immediately to towing of your vehicle and help you reach your destination safely.

    Roadside emergencies can be annoying, stressful and even dangerous, whether you broke down with a flat tyre or your engine has ceased, being stranded is never a good thing. This is when RSA plays an important role in securing you and your vehicle. It is something that is never planned & no one roams with a mechanic to get it rectified there itself.
    Each membership is for a particular vehicle. You can buy memberships for different vehicles but you cannot use coverage benefits for one vehicle on another.
    We provide roadside assistance to any person who is driving the car, as long as the car is covered. There may be an authorisation request call for service to the owner for confirmation in case help is requested by another member.
    As no unauthorised repairs are done and vehicle is towed to nearest service station in case of a major breakdown, roadside assistance does not affect vehicle warranty.

    In case of emergency, you can login directly & incase if the system doesn’t help you with vendors then you call on the helpline number
    As per your plan, you can avail coverage of Mumbai,Navi Mumbai,Panvel & Thane.
    You do not have to pay for the assistance given by us, but you only pay for the services you opt(battery,towing,flat tyre,minore repair etc) on actuals.
    While we strive to reach you as early as possible, actual time may vary depending on location of the vehicle.In most cases within the city, help is at hand in maximum 40-50 minutes.
    The coverage begins 48 hours from the time of enrolment. The coverage is for a period of 1 year after which you can renew the plan at www.landmarkrsa.in
    No, the membership cannot be transferred from one vehicle to another during the duration of the membership.
    Yes. In case it is found at any stage that false information has been furnished by a Customerto enrol in the program or in case the program is misused or abused, the services may be refused by us.

    Had a breakdown in the middle of the day on Sunday and Landmark came to the rescue. Sameer was prompt and super efficient to ensure I didn’t have to wait for too long for a tow truck. The driver was efficient and knew exactly how to secure the vehicle on the flat bed. He took videos and picture before the tow, after it was hitched and once it was delivered at the workshop.
